Social Analytics: applying Microsoft's Power BI to Facebook data

Social Listening, or Social Media Monitoring, starts with listening.

Nowadays, there are many tools available to "listen" with. Like Facebook offers their "See Insights" button. It gives you nice analytics of your company page data. You can get for example an overview of your engaged fans. But Facebook doesn't offer you insights in who they are, nor who, in example, your "top-10 likers" are.
